Safety Guidelines

Questions about a profile, your membership or safety? Our team answers in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and English. Use these guidelines to keep your family safe while you search.

Stay safe on AasraMarry

Follow these guidelines whenever you chat, meet or share details with another member.

  • Protect OTPs and money

Never share OTPs, passwords, UPI pins or bank details with anyone who contacts you.

  • Involve family

First meetings should be in a public place, in the daytime, with someone you trust informed.

  • Report suspicious profiles

Report fake, abusive or money-requesting profiles. Use the report option on the profile, or write to us with the profile ID.

  • Be careful with private media

Do not send private photos or videos on WhatsApp before families have spoken and you feel comfortable.

  • Do not feel pressured

Take time. A genuine match will not pressure you to leave the site, pay money, or hide the conversation from your family.

Tips for a quicker reply

Include your profile ID (for example AM10241), registered email and a short description of the issue. We usually reply within one working day.

  • Mention whether you are writing about a profile, membership payment, photo approval or a login problem.
  • For payment queries, add the payment reference, date and the plan you selected.
  • Photo reviews can take a little time. Clear, recent photos with your face visible are approved faster.
  • Write in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi or English — whichever is easiest for you.

Quick answers

  • Did not get the verification email? Check spam, then use “Resend verification” from the login screen.
  • Membership is activated after payment is confirmed. If it is delayed, send us the reference from your bank or UPI app.
